A little about me

I’m a London-based product design leader who’s worked for the BBC and Intuit, among others. I help teams build digital products that solve big customer problems while delivering delight and revenue.

I’m fascinated with innovation practices. I like to start everything with a design thinking mindset and I find rapid prototyping the best way to innovate.

These days you can find me doing all these things at Intuit’s QuickBooks where I lead a talented bunch of individuals working across product design, content design and research. We’re designing and building experiences for 2 million customers living in the UK, US, Australia, Canada and beyond.
